How colour impacts your workout 🤸🏻‍♀️

At Wild Mingo I have a dedicated purpose of brightening up the fitness industry. I often get asked why I chose this specific focus and really it comes down to a little theory known as #colourpsychology. There's a huge amount of research that shows how the things we look at can influence our mood (power dressing anyone?) but also not only do they impact our emotion - colour has been shown to impact some of our most important mind body connections - heart rate, blood pressure etc.

The use of bright and fun colours in our designs is deliberate to release those endorphins, encourage motivation but also that connection of physical and mental health that in this COVID climate is ever so important.
