With three strength levels to choose from (light, medium and heavy) to support you from stretches to squats and even push up assists (25/35/50lbs). Our resistance bands are the perfect addition to your workout, yoga or pilates class.

Made from recycled nylon and latex, with non-slip grips on the inside to prevent rolling when you settle into that squat, lunge, glute bridge or push up!
