Once you order your 'mingo we get to work on packing and sending your order. We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers Please ( for Australian orders) to enable your 'mingo to take flight and reach you quickly.

Returns
Any 'mingo item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in with the original packaging. Please allow 2 to 4 days for us to process your refund once it is received. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued!
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return items.
