Great when doing standing exercises and crouching tigers

I mainly use it for stretching and core work but it is super soft and never slips

I am so passionate about the way Wild Mingo is bringing colour into people’s everyday movement. I bought a bundle set of a Dot Mat, Confetti Block and Joy Bands to use for MS related rehab - the colours alone are enough to keep encouraging me to move but the functionality of these products is so wonderful. The mat doesn’t compress so it holds the thickness when I’m on it - the block is a great blend of lightweight and dense foam and the bands well they are a little spicy but I am working my way up from light to medium over the next few months and it’s a good motivator to keep going
